Product Information	This kit uses the red fluorescent probe A to detect the integrity of the blood-brain barrier. Fluorescent Probe A does not cross the blood-brain barrier in its normal state, so when staining, Fluorescent Probe A will not color the nervous system if it is intact. If the blood-brain barrier of the nervous system is broken, the fluorescent probe can enter the nervous system and stain it. Fluorescent probe A, when excited at 550 nm, produces a red fluorescence with an emission wavelength of 610 nm. The intensity of the fluorescence is proportional to the amount of fluorescent probes passing through the blood-brain barrier, which can reflect the degree of opening of the blood-brain barrier.
