Overview Specification
Sample Type Animal tissues
Product Information This kit provides a complete set of reagents suitable for the extraction of total proteins from various animal solid brain tissues. The kit contains a unique formulation that effectively solubilizes cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic, nuclear, and various organelle membranes. This kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors that prevent protein degradation by proteases, providing for the extraction of high-purity proteins. The proteins extracted in this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking assay, enzyme activity assay, and so on. The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelate and chromatography.
Specification 50T, 100T
Keywords Extraction kits for brain tumors research
Features 1. Easy to use, protein extraction from cells, and tissues does not need to go through grinding, repeated freezing and thawing, ultrasonic crushing, and other pre-treatment.
2. The extraction process is simple and convenient, reducing the time of protein extraction to 30 min to 1 h.
3. Containing protein stabilizer, the extracted protein is stable.
4. UV detection of protein concentration with low background interference.
5. The total protein extract contains a variety of active ingredients, which can fully release cytoplasmic, nuclear, and membrane proteins, and can bind the released proteins to prevent precipitation.
6. Protease inhibitors inhibit protein degradation and the protease inhibitor formulation is optimized.
Detection Method WB, IP, etc.
Valid Period 1 year
Notes 1. Protease inhibitors can also be stored at 2-8°C before use with the cap open. Store at -20℃ after use with the lid open.
2. Protease inhibitor is in a solid state at a low temperature of 2-8℃, take it out of the refrigerator and return it to room temperature or 37℃ for a short time in a water bath, then centrifuge it to the bottom of the tube after it becomes liquid state and then open the cap.
3. Please use the reagents as soon as possible after unpacking!
Storage Instructions Stored at 2-8℃. Refer to the protocol for further storage instructions.
