CAT#: EKB-T002

Inquiry
Overview Specification
Sample Type Animal neurons
Product Information The kit is suitable for extracting total protein from animal neuronal cells. The extraction process is simple and convenient and can be completed within 1 hour. This kit contains a unique formula that can effectively solubilize cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic, nuclear, and various organelle membranes, and can effectively extract surface proteins from neural microtubules. This kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors that prevent the degradation of proteins by proteases, providing for the extraction of highly pure proteins. The proteins extracted from this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel blocking assay, enzyme activity assay, and so on. The proteins extracted in this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelate and chromatography.
Specification 50T, 100T
Keywords Extraction kits for brain tumors research
