The concentration gradient of the kit standard or positive control provides the theoretical detection range of the kit in biological research samples containing CA242. The kit's ELISA analytical biochemical technology is based on CA242 antibody-CA242 antigen interaction (immunoadsorption) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect the CA242 antigen target in the sample. The ELISA kit is designed to detect natural rather than recombinant CA242. Applicable samples include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates and secretions.
