Description

Phellodendron is a plant alkaloid found in Phellodendron cypress. Phellodendrine chloride inhibits the proliferation of KRAS-mutated pancreatic cancer cells by inhibiting nutrient uptake through macropinocytosis. Phellodendron chloride promotes autophagy and alleviates intestinal damage in ulcerative colitis by regulating the AMPK/mTOR pathway.
