Description

Transplantable tumors derived from rat exocrine pancreas. This strain is tumorigenic in nude mice and shows significant secretion of amylase and other exocrine enzymes.

Origin Rat exocrine pancreatic tumour
Application AR42J has been used to obtain tumor mouse models by subcutaneous inoculation of female athymic nude mice. It is also used to conduct imaging studies.
