The immune cells and tumor cells are then drawn together, thus efficiently and selectively activating immune cells in the brain tumor microenvironment and preventing non-specific activation of peripheral immune cells. In addition, the platform we have built has very good flexibility to design molecules with different structures and binding modes to achieve those molecular mechanisms of action that cannot be achieved by relying on combination therapies.
