Senior Scientist, Brain tumor

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's technical development plan.
  • Develop various technical standards, and technical specifications.
  • Design and review various technical solutions and documents.
  • Direct, train, supervise, and evaluate the technical team to improve the efficiency of the technical department.
  • Promote major projects, continuously improve the technical organization, and communicate and coordinate the technical arrangements related to the whole project.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in brain tumor, drug discovery, clinical, and other related fields.
  • More than 2 years of experimental experience, with complete project management experience is preferred.
  • Have 1-2 experiments that you are proficient in, and can conduct technical training and technical improvement.
  • Good teamwork and communication coordination skills, documentation writing skills, and ability to handle various types of reports.
  • Good execution and responsibility to drive the technical team towards the goal proactively.

Sales Manager, Brain tumor

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the company in implementing business plans and allocating resources.
  • Coordinate the business relationship between direct sales and the commercial transfer department to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation process and provide recommendations to company management for business development.
  • Find new business opportunities and new products, and expand new channels and business models.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in brain tumor, drug discovery, clinical, and other related fields.
  • More than 3 years of sales experience in the biological and chemical field, team management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and build a sales network in the region, able to develop and decompose regional sales targets and tasks.
  • Good moral character, integrity, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and dedication.
  • Good planning, coordination, and communication skills, strong execution ability.
  • Pioneering spirit and hard-working qualities.
