  • Cell phenotyping. Our tissue microarray technology allows us to perform high-throughput immunophenotyping of cells. We use standard immunohistochemistry to test hundreds or even thousands of brain tumor tissue specimens on tissue microarrays for a variety of indicators. Such assays can be used to identify these indicators that are closely related to the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and prognosis of brain tumors. Moreover, compared to intact large tissue sections, tissue microarrays constructed from spot samples of different sites can then provide a reliable system for high-throughput immunohistochemical phenotyping.
