Assays we offer

  • Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)

The classical method we use to detect cytokines, among which the sandwich ELISA is commonly used. by this technique, we can directly detect cytokines secreted outside the cell in the free state. It is highly sensitive, simple to perform, and economical.

  • Flow cytometry intracellular staining method

We first obtain the required single-cell suspension, and then after activation and permeation treatment, we reach the concentration threshold for intracellular staining to detect cytokines, and then perform intracellular cytokine staining, and finally, the positive percentage of synthetic cytokines can be detected. It is complementary to the ELISA method.

  • Cytometric bead array (CBA) assay

The CBA technique is used when a client wants to test multiple indicators in a single sample at the same time, but the sample size is insufficient. This is a multiplex protein quantification method based on a flow cytometric detection system, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, a wide detection range, and good reproducibility.
