The interstitial high pressure formed by the infinite proliferation of tumor cells leads to tissue hypoxia and acidosis, which in turn leads to the infiltration of inflammatory cells, the release of various cytokines and proteolytic enzymes, the formation of new blood vessels, etc., which constitute the microenvironment for tumor growth. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.
