Description | Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are cells found in the stroma of cancerous tissues that contribute to tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastasis. CAFs are a diverse group of cells that include both fibroblasts and myofibroblasts. A high proportion of CAFs is associated with a poor prognosis in cancer patients. The CAF Marker antibody Panel is a comprehensive tool that can detect CAFs efficiently and affordably. This antibody panel includes markers for both fibroblasts and myofibroblasts, making it an excellent tool for investigating the heterogeneity of CAFs in tumors. Additionally, this panel is ideal for studying fibroblast activation and the process of fibroblast-to-myofibroblast differentiation. |
Package | 1 kit |
Storage | For continuous use, store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
