Description | The M1/M2/TAM Marker Antibody Panel is a comprehensive tool designed to make the identification of macrophage subtypes accessible and affordable. This panel includes antibodies against essential markers such as CD68 and iNOS for M1 macrophages, and CD163 and CD206 for M2 macrophages. Additionally, all four antibodies are ideal for determining the phenotype of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). All the antibodies in this panel demonstrate excellent performance in immunohistochemistry (IHC), ensuring reliable and reproducible results. Moreover, the different host species of the antibodies included in this panel make double staining possible, allowing for more detailed and accurate analysis of macrophage subtypes in the tumor microenvironment. |
